Who we support
Our clients can be of any age, or with any health condition. They live with risks, including:
- falls
- fire
- community safety
- remembering tasks
What we do
The Southwark monitoring and alarm response team (SMART) work in collaboration to effectively manage risk and champion technology-enabled care.
Our team is made up of Telecare occupational therapists and assessors. We identify a broad range of technology to support adults to live safely in their own homes while promoting independence.
We also assess clients with hearing impairment and provide technology to enable their safe and independent living
