How to prepare a valid planning application
Changes of use
If you're applying to change the use of a building but are not making any changes to the inside or outside of the building, you do not need to submit floor plans or elevations.
You must submit all the required forms, and a Planning Statement to explain:
- what the current use of the property is
- what you want to change it to
- why you want to make this change
- why you think your proposal complies with our planning policies
You must also submit any information that we need from the list of supporting documents.
