New vehicle? Account holders can now change their vehicle details online

Account holders must cancel their current virtual permit for the existing vehicle and only then change their vehicle details online.

Once the new vehicle details have been input and a virtual permit created, you need to upload your new log book to prove Registered Keeper details

Parking permit enforcement scheme

The housing estate parking permit enforcement scheme runs from 7am to 7pm seven days a week for the majority of the estates with an emergency service during the public holidays. The council retains the right to enforce at any hour if there be a valid reason to do so and it may run 24 hours a day in extreme circumstances for other contraventions (for example, parking on yellow lines / hatched areas, parking on footway/footpath and parking in obstruction).

There is no requirement to have a valid virtual permit or to clearly display a valid physical permit for the estates on Christmas and New Year's Day and provided that you're parked correctly, will not receive a PCN.
