New vehicle? Account holders can now change their vehicle details online

Account holders must cancel their current virtual permit for the existing vehicle and only then change their vehicle details online.

Once the new vehicle details have been input and a virtual permit created, you need to upload your new log book to prove Registered Keeper details

Abandoned vehicles

We currently offer a free take-back scheme to residents in the borough, providing them with the opportunity to give up their vehicles. We want residents to take advantage of this scheme to prevent the increase in abandoned vehicles, so people on estates can use the limited parking spaces available. Most of the abandoned vehicles we remove from our estates are at the end of their life, so the take-back scheme can only ensure you're given the opportunity to surrender your vehicle and have it removed at no charge.
