Virtual estate permits

As from 22 July 2020, all Southwark owned estate permits will become virtual. You will no longer receive a paper permit to display. Enforcement officers will be able to confirm if you have a valid permit from our new parking system.

To apply for a permit, you will need to set up a online account .

Resident estate parking permit

We are still working very closely to continuously improve our new online virtual system. Please note if you have created an on-street account, you will not be able to create an estate parking account with the same credentials.

Many of our housing estates have parking enforcement schemes to ensure residents can park their vehicles legally in dedicated parking bays.

If your TMO is not listed above, you'll need to apply for a permit directly with your TMO.
