Resident estate parking permit
Many of our housing estates have parking enforcement schemes to ensure residents can park their vehicles legally in dedicated parking bays.
Who can apply for a permit
You can apply for a permit, if you live on one of our managed housing estates:
- as a tenant
- as a leaseholder
- living permanently with a tenant or leaseholder
- as a resident living on an estate managed by one of the following TMOs:
- Fair Community Housing Services
- D'Eynesford TMO
- Webber & Quentin TMO
- Wrayburn WCO
If your TMO is not listed above, you'll need to apply for a permit directly with your TMO.

- second permit (where applicable) £82.50

Additional resident permit
Some estates allow you have a second estate parking permit per household. Supporting documents will also be required to process a second application.
Renew your permit
To renew your permit, you will need to set up an online account. We will write to you in advance of your first annual renewal. You will receive an email to confirm when the renewal has been completed. Subsequent renewal reminders will be sent by text.
Change of vehicle
If you have changed your vehicle, you will need to create an online account. You will need to upload the log book / V5C of the new vehicle.
