Managing form results

The results menu

There are 3 tabs under the results menu for each form.

Submissions

This tab contains a table of all submissions. From here you can: 

  • search and filter submissions
  • perform actions on individual submissions, including deleting and downloading as a PDF

Download

Under this tab you can: 

  • download all submissions as a CSV
  • download them as a zipped folder of PDFs
  • select columns to hide from the download
  • limit the download to certain dates or other parameters
  • limit the download by submission number to export a single one as a CSV

To download uploaded files along with the CSV:

  1. Toggle on download uploaded files
  2. Under archive options, select Tar archive (*.tar.gz) as archive file type
  3. Open the downloaded folder with WinZip
  4. Open the numbered folders inside to view the files uploaded with each submission

Clear

Use this tab to delete all submissions. 

Submission settings

You can control the amount of data being stored in the submissions tab within the form's settings.

Total submissions limit

This can be set under Submission limit settings. It's useful for booking the homeowners and tenants conferences.

Data retention

All data is deleted after 180 days by default. Go to Submission purge settings under submissions to alter this. 

Services need a valid reason for us to retain their data for longer.
