Drupal Forms User Guide
Emails
The default for all forms is to save the information to the database, but you can send a copy of each submitted information directly to the stakeholder.
Sending results emails
In the Emails / Handlers section of the form Settings, click the Add email button.
In the Send to section of the email settings, change the To email to Custom To email address and enter the routing email.
You can set an appropriate subject line in the Message section. Leave the rest of this section and the Reply to (individual/organization) with the default settings.
Attaching files
If your form has file uploads, you can get the system to include a zip file of any files uploaded.
Edit the email handler (Settings -> Emails / Handlers -> Edit).
In the General section, near the bottom just above the Save button there should be an Attachments section. This is usually a closed accordion. Open it up and toggle Include files as attachments.
Note that this only appears if you have a file upload element in your form.
Email handlers
As a rule, we don't use these, with the exception of the email for Save and Return functionality. [Add link when published]
