How to comment on a current appeal
If you have submitted comments to us about a planning application, which is now the subject of an appeal, they will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate and the person making the appeal as part of the statutory process. The inspector appointed to decide the appeal will take the comments into account.
If you wish to make, confirm, add to, change or withdraw any comments you made, you should write to the Planning Inspectorate within six weeks from the appeal start date shown. Comments received after the start date will not be considered.
Send three copies of your comments, quoting the Planning Inspectorate appeal reference number shown in the register to:
