Parking annual monitoring reports

These reports contain annual parking and funding data, with comparative data for the previous four years.

We publish this financial information annually in accordance with:

• Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA) 
• Section 55 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as modified by regulation 25 of the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007

Penalty charge notice (PCN) statistics are published in accordance with Statutory Guidance for Local Authorities in England on Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions 2022. This statutory guidance is published by the Secretary of State for Transport under section 87 of the TMA.
