Organisers will liaise with Parks and Ecology officers to ensure that they develop plans, which protect all areas of the site.

Please refer to Premise Licence 878981 and our Outdoor Events Policy for conditions relevant to park protection.

Impact on park users

Please refer to the event site map to review the impact on footpaths within and around the event site.

Site reinstatement

Any reinstatement works will be carried out as soon as practicably possible by the event operator post-event. Any reinstatement costs will be met by the event operator.
