Black History Month 2025
Overview
Black History Month (BHM) has been celebrated widely for many years, honouring the achievements, culture and history of the African, Caribbean and diaspora communities.
Every October our community puts on a vibrant selection of events and activities through the grants programme.
Organisations can apply for a grant of up to £2,499 to run an event or series of events during Black History Month in October 2025.
The information on these pages provides guidance and practical information to support your grant application. Please read this information carefully before making an application.
