Event management experience

You need to show us you have experience managing events similar to the one you're planning. If you don't have previous event management experience, you can still apply, but you might get a smaller grant. We do this to help organisations gain experience and grow.

We are committed to fairness. To make sure we give funding to groups led by Black, Asian, and minority ethnic (BAME) individuals, 50% of this funding is specifically set aside for them. We consider an organisation to be BAME-led if at least 75% of its board or management team identify as Black, Asian, or minority ethnic.

If you don't meet the eligibility criteria

If you don't meet the eligibility criteria,  you can contact a local organisation to ask if they can support your application.
