Fees and disbursements

If there are any disbursement charges, you'll be notified in writing and all payments must be received prior to completing your request. If you don't respond within three months, we'll assume you're no longer interested in receiving the information.

Our disbursement charges for photocopying, postage or alternative formats such as CDs, will be levied at full charge if the costs exceed £20.
