Who we support
We help adults aged 18 and over with eligible needs under the Care Act who are working towards abstinence with drug and alcohol services.
What we do
We are a team of social workers who act as care managers. We specialise in the assessment and rehabilitation of adults experiencing difficulties with substances like alcohol or drugs.
If an individual has eligible social care needs after completing a Care Act assessment, we arrange and coordinate placements in abstinence-based rehabilitation. These services are designed to support them in stopping substance misuse and sustaining long-term recovery.
