Join us for a warm, creative workshop designed especially for mums.

This Maternal Journal session offers a chance to slow down, reflect, and support your wellbeing through journaling and self-expression.

New mums and their babies are very welcome — no need to arrange childcare.

All mums are invited, whatever stage of motherhood you’re in.

Bring your baby or toddler and join us for a joyful music class with Lucy Sparkles & Friends. Together we’ll sing, dance, clap, and play instruments in a relaxed and welcoming space.

This lively, interactive session is designed to support your child’s early development while giving mums a chance to enjoy time with their little ones and meet other parents.

Mums with babies and young children of all ages.
