Canada Water Masterplan

In partnership with land owner British Land, we're working with the community to develop a proposal for an exciting new town centre in Canada Water.

The proposal will look to integrate the existing heritage, history and character of the surrounding areas with new buildings, vibrant restaurants, new leisure centre, community facilities and new homes. The area will have a strong connection with the local community and transform the area into a unique place to live, work, study, shop and travel through. The Masterplan will see development of existing buildings and car parks, carried out in phases over a period of approximately 15 years.

The Canada Water Masterplan planning application was submitted to the council in May 2018 and the plans and documents are now available to view on the council’s planning register.
