Problems with our phone system

We are having intermittent problems with our phone system which may make it harder to get through to officers in the council. We are actively working to fix this and are sorry for any inconvenience.

Sky TV

If you wish to upgrade to Sky’s television services, inform us of the details of your installation.

Sky is not an approved contractor so we require permission from the engineering department and/or housing department to provide keys to restricted areas.

Southwark Council does not permit residents to install dishes on our housing blocks. You will need to consult with your Resident Services Officer and possibly submit permission to alter the application for this to be considered.

For residents that live in blocks with a communal Sky system, please note that these systems may provide the Sky Plus service and may not be capable of providing a Sky Q service.
