If you need assistance with online forms, or submitting documents, the MySouthwark service point offer a phone service.
We will phone you at the appointment time requested.
Please ensure you have your reference number and documents required ready for your phone appointment.

We offer:

  • 30 minutes to 1 hour appointments - for complex enquiries about Council Tax and Housing Benefit
  • 15 minute fast track service appointments - for document submission and general enquiries regarding Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Blue Badge applications
Remember to bring your booking reference and any relevant documents with you to the appointment
