Site reinstatement

We would take and retain a substantial ‘ground deposit’ from the applicant in advance of any event vehicles or items moving onto site. The ground deposit is payable in addition to the site hire fee and the Environmental Impact Fee.

It is a condition of the event licence that

the applicant is liable for covering all costs for site reinstatement
the cost of reinstatement is deducted from the ground deposit and any remaining money is returned to the applicant
the applicant covers any reinstatement costs which exceed the amount of ground deposit

A reinstatement plan will be agreed between the Rally team and the council’s Parks management team as soon as practicably possible after the event has taken place.
