Site reinstatement

The council would take and retain a substantial ground deposit from the applicant in advance of any event vehicles or items moving onto site. The ground deposit is payable in addition to the site hire fee and the Environmental Impact Fee.

It is a condition of licence that the applicant is liable for covering all costs for site reinstatement. The cost of reinstatement is subtracted from the ground deposit and any remaining money is returned to the applicant. It is also a condition of licence that the applicant cover any reinstatement costs, which exceed the amount of ground deposit held by the council.
