Our Facebook page

Each Empowering Communities area has its own Facebook page. We welcome you to link our page to receive up-to-date information about local community activities. By liking the page, you'll also be able to post your events on it and receive more publicity - the more people that like it, the more the network grows.

Visit our West Central Facebook page.

You can find out more about our Facebook terms and conditions (pdf, 196kb) here.

If you'd like to be added to the mailing list to receive a newsletter, be alerted to EC news/events or discuss the Neighbourhoods Fund 2018 to 2019, contact Grace Semakula on 020 7525 4928 or at grace.semakula@southwark.gov.uk.

Each Empowering Communities area produces a regular monthly newsletter, which includes local events, funding opportunities, job advertisements etc. If you'd like to receive our newsletter, email Grace Semakula and ask to be added to the list for your area.

In addition, if you have something to contribute to the newsletter, we welcome items of interest such as local events; news items; or requests for charitable support. You can email your article (max of 200 words) and/or a flyer to Grace Semakula. We cannot promote commercial adverts, but items of charitable or community interest would be great. We reserve the right as editors to exclude unsuitable items.
