Major works costs
If major works are needed, we calculate the costs that leaseholders are liable for under the terms of their lease, and you and all other leaseholders will be contacted by the council once those estimates are available.
About your lease
Your lease identifies the block that your property is in and the services that are provided to you.
Under the terms of your lease, we’re responsible for maintaining the structure, exterior and common parts of the building, and for maintaining communal services and the estate. As the leaseholder, you are responsible for paying a fair share towards this. View a standard lease (PDF, 307kb).
