Get election ready

The UK General Election is on 4 July. 
Register to vote by 18 June.
If you need to vote by post, you must apply to do this by 5pm on 19 June.
You need valid photo ID to vote in person. If you don’t have valid ID, apply by 5pm on 26 June for a Voter Authority Certificate.

Parks and green spaces

Peckham has beautiful open spaces and parkland.

Peckham Rye Park and Peckham Rye Common is a popular park combining Victorian features, historic common land and wildlife areas.

The award winning park is a beautiful setting, with ornamental gardens, streams, a lake, and woodland.

Visitors can get active walking through the park. Sports facilities include a skate park, bookable football pitches, and outdoor gym. Younger visitors can also enjoy the playground areas. A café (The Round) and toilets are available.

Friends of Peckham Rye Park is a local community group caring for and improving the park for all. The group meets regularly and organises community events at the park.
