Film of the Month - Arments: the first hundred years

Arments is a much loved institution in Walworth and was the recipient of the Southwark Blue Plaque in 2013 such is the love that people have for the Pie and Mash restaurant. This documentary made in 2014 by Michael Holland looks back on the restaurant from its beginning in 1914 to present day and features old footage and photographs and some lively interviews with customers some of whom have been visiting the restaurant for decades. The film also include footage of the centenary of the restaurant and the unveiling of the Southwark Blue Plaque.
