Tackling racism and discrimination is everyone’s responsibility, we do not pretend to have all the answers. You can share your ideas on how we can tackle racism, inequality and injustice by emailing SST@Southwark.gov.uk. We look forward to hearing from you.

We understand that colleagues may not be comfortable speaking about their experiences with racism openly, and we have created this form to help.

This is safe opportunity for staff to provide feedback on the council’s approach and a real opportunity to influence the council’s overall strategy and decision making on race equality. You can either leave your feedback anonymously, or if you would like to provide your contact details the Programme Team will provide a response to your comments.
