SET Social August Bank Holiday Community Day and Market

SET, the arts charity behind arts and social club SET Social in Peckham, invites the community to join their August Bank Holiday Community Day and Market on Monday 25 August, from 12pm to 5pm.

This free, family-friendly event will feature a vibrant mix of workshops, activities, and delicious food, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all. Visitors can browse an eclectic range of stalls offering handmade clothing, ceramics, zines, vintage finds, prints, records, baked goods, collectables, bric-a-brac, and more.

The on-site bar and café will be open all day, with all proceeds supporting SET’s charitable projects.

Call for Traders

SET is seeking makers, bakers, artists, collectors, and others with unique goods to share on the day.

Stall options include:
* Inside Table – 120cm rectangle
* Outside Floor Pitch – for clothes rails, boxes, or car boot–style setups
* Outside Picnic Bench – 120cm rectangle

Please ensure you select the option that best fits each trader’s setup.

Charities and fundraisers may be eligible for free or discounted stalls. Please contact SET’s Community Engagement Officer, Tabitha, at tabitha@setspace.uk with details of your organisation.

Event Information:
* Stall setup: from 11:30am
* Public opening: 12pm–5pm
* Indoor and outdoor spaces available
* Limited plug sockets – traders should bring charged card readers or power banks
* No on-site parking
* Wheelchair and step-free access, plus disabled toilet available
* Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
* Outside drinks are not permitted. All proceeds from SET Social's bar and cafe will go towards supporting SET's wider charitable work.
