Kids' non-contact boxing classes
London Community Boxing offers a range of non-contact classes for young people 5-17 years old every week, in addition to the training sessions of its England Boxing registered amateur boxing club for those who wish to compete.

At LCB, we cater for virtually all ages and offer a range of non-contact sessions for the under 18s, all costing just £1, making these classes affordable to everyone. They all cover the basics of boxing, including stance, footwork, correct punching techniques and defences, along with a range of boxing games designed to embed the techniques they learn and have fun while doing it.
Kids 5-8 years (Tiny Academy)
A fun introduction to boxing for young children. They will be taught the basics of boxing using a mixture of fun activities and easy boxing drills by experienced coaches. Saturday 11:00-11:30, 11.45-12:15 (Beginners), 12.30-13:00 (intermediate/Advanced). £1 per class
Kids 8-12 years (Junior Academy)
Boxing classes for beginners and more advanced students, some of whom may be thinking about progressing further in boxing. These classes will help them with their general fitness and technical ability. Saturday 13:15-14:00 (Beginners), 14:15-15:00 (intermediate/Advanced) £1 per class
Junior Development (10-17 years)
Boxing classes for students who have previously attended the Junior Academy or are over 12 years old. For those who may be thinking about joining our junior amateur squad this is also good preparation for that step up. The class is also suitable for beginners who have just discovered the sport. These sessions will help students enhance their technique and will also help them with their general fitness and conditioning. Thursday: 16:30-17.30, Saturday 15:00-16:00, Sunday 12:30-13:30. £1 per class
