Description
We are bringing back our much requested Silks and Sling bootcamp in Union Street.
A full on day working through conditioning, climbs, drops and sequences on silks and slings.
This day is for those looking to "climb curtains", increase their skill set on silks and work hard on vertical equipment led by our fantastic trainers.
For beginners to advanced.
