About me and my connection to Southwark
I am a practicing artist with a Space studio shared with many artists in Peckham. I very much appreciate having a network of artists in my studio to share ideas with. I have long been a member of the Royal Watercolour Society and I regularly exhibit my paintings at Bankside Gallery SE1 in Southwark and teach watercolour courses for them. I have taught in other boroughs locally including Greenwich, The Maritime Museum on adult learning fine art lessons. I studied at Camberwell School of Art for my degree and remained in Southwark when I studied for my post graduate at The Royal Academy of Art. I find south London to be a hub of activity for artists and people interested in the arts with many Art trails each year in my local area, highlighting local artists work in their own homes or local spaces.
