This three year strategy supports digital inclusion across all our communities. It's delivered alongside the council’s wider strategic framework.

Having access to the internet, a device and the skills to go online should be considered the fourth utility - no different to gas, water and electricity. As technology evolves and more services move online, it's essential that our residents and staff are equipped with the right tools and resources to participate in society and the digital economy.
