Woodwork, upholstery and interiors

Learn traditional crafting skills and prepare yourself for further learning and/or employment in this mixed level course.

Classes are held at the Thomas Calton Centre. Enrol online if you can, or at the centre on Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Soft furnishings

Learn how to design and make your own home furnishings. Pick and mix your projects that include a Roman blind to a lampshade.

Upholstery

Our upholstery classes are suitable for beginners or those looking to extend their experience.

Woodwork 1

Learn to use and care for hand tools to make wood joints. Suitable for those with little or no woodworking experience.
