Take a step towards being the designer you’ve always wanted to be and learn to create spaces which are both unique and functional.
This short course is suitable for beginners to interior design and those with a little experience. It aims to inspire creativity and promote the development of the skills needed when planning the use and styling of living spaces or workspaces.
You will work on your own project — such as a room in your home, and create design schemes to inspire and transform!

- some fundamentals of interior design
- how to think dimensionally and creatively in relation to interior design
- how to use colour and materials to enhance spaces
How the course is taught
- visual presentations, workshops, discussions, collages and a variety of other techniques
- a supportive and collaborative learning environment to share ideas and help each other
- access to mood boards, handouts, reference books and online resources
- one-to-one discussion with the tutor
What to bring
- an image of a space you wish to transform (downloaded if on a device, in case of signal issues)
- materials will be provided but you may like to bring a pen and pencil and a folder for handouts and notes

- explore and develop your new design skills by joining further interior courses
