Southwark Council Housing Services Tenant Satisfaction Survey

4 September 2023

Southwark Council has partnered with Acuity, a leading market research company with over 25 years of expertise in the social housing sector, to conduct a Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Survey. This initiative is all about understanding your views and experiences as our valued tenants.

What's the Survey About?

The TSM Survey is designed to gather your feedback on your home and the housing services provided by Southwark Council. We aim to identify and address the issues that matter most to you. This survey will touch upon key themes from the Social Housing White Paper and the latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing earlier this year. Your participation will help us enhance our services and ensure that we continue to meet your needs. Taking this survey is crucial as it empowers you to directly influence improvements and future decisions affecting your housing services.

How Will the Survey Work?

Starting from the 11 September until 14 October, Acuity will be contacting about 2,254 tenants. If you receive a call from the number 01273 093939 (a Brighton Area code), it's Acuity trying to connect with you for the survey. Don't worry if you miss the call; a recorded message will inform you about the survey's purpose. The survey itself is brief, taking just about 8 minutes of your time. Acuity respects your schedule, so they'll only call between 9:00am to 8:00pm from Monday to Friday, and 10:00am to 6:00pm on Saturdays. Rest assured, all responses are confidential.

Your participation is invaluable to us. If you have any questions or need more information, please contact Southwark Council at 020 7525 5000 or Heather Metivier at Acuity on 01273 287114. You can also learn more about Acuity and their commitment to quality and confidentiality by visiting their website at www.arap.co.uk.
