We have made changes to our website to improve the way it looks and to give residents a better experience. You can find out more about this update here. 

Changing your MySouthwark contact details

If you change your contact details in one of your accounts or on the Settings page, they will not automatically update your different linked accounts such as Housing, Council Tax. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Password reset

To reset your password, please enter the email address you used to register.
If you signed in using Facebook or Twitter we cannot reset your password, you will need to sign in that way again.
