Deaths and burials for service personnel who died overseas

FindMyPast offers the collected records of the British Armed Forces and Overseas Deaths and Burials, from the National Archives and General Register Office. It also holds the records for British civilians who died while abroad.

The Commonwealth War Graves Commission holds the records for the burials of first and Second World War service personnel.

Ancestry hold the UK, British Army Death records for 1730-1960 and the Commonwealth War Graves, 1914-1921 and 1939-1947.
