The UK General Election is on 4 July. 
Register to vote by 18 June.
If you need to vote by post, you must apply to do this by 5pm on 19 June.
You need valid photo ID to vote in person. If you don’t have valid ID, apply by 5pm on 26 June for a Voter Authority Certificate.

Communal key requests

Meter readings

Only approved engineers are permitted to access the intake cupboard, as this is a restricted area.

You must book a date with your supplier to perform a meter reading and we can check the availability of the communal key.

Alternatively, you can discuss having a smart meter fitted by your supplier. Smart meters come with an in-home display screen that gives you an accurate energy reading in near real-time; this will bring an end to estimated bills, eliminating the need to access the communal cupboard. They also supply your provider with accurate readings, which removes the need for you to supply meter readings.
