Ledbury Towers/Estate

Description

We are redeveloping the Ledbury Estate to provide 340 new homes (224 of which will be replacement council homes following the demolition of the old towers).

Of the total 340 new homes, 260 will be available at council rent, 15 will be shared ownership homes and 75 will be for private sale. We are building the new homes in accordance with our Design Standards which means they will be high-quality, energy efficient and sustainable homes.
