Description
STAG will be holding its AGM and launching its new exhibition at this event at Peckham Levels. The Exhibition covers the history and culture of Southwark Travellers from the early 1980s when they first settled in the borough. It includes the campaigning work they did to establish the four Traveller sites in the borough, and the formation of STAG as part of this.The Exhibition looks at the period from the 1980s to the present, and provides some context on wider Gypsy, Roma and Traveller history and culture. The Exhibition will remain open until 29th May.
