From dog shows to degree shows, underground to underwater artworks, the annual Camberwell Arts Festival has a long history of taking art out of the studio and into the street. Set up in 1994, it has survived austerity, a pandemic, the cost-of-living crisis, culture wars and more to somehow reach its 30th anniversary this year.
