Description
Join us on Saturday 30th March from 11am-5pm at Castle Square in Elephant and Castle for a FREE Rainbow Hoppy Easter Event for local friends, families and Londoners to celebrate the Easter long weekend. Guests can enjoy face painting, workshops, performances and food from the local traders, along with an appearance from the Easter Bunny!Follow the Easter Bunny around Castle Square to take selfies and find yourself some Easter treats. Those who are able to locate the bunny will also receive vouchers to redeem with local trader Coma Y Beba in exchange for free Easter rainbow cupcakes.
Throughout the day there will be activities and workshops for the whole family to get involved in, including face painting so visitors can transform themselves into the Easter Bunny too. Community based group, Art in The Park will also be at Castle Square to create a large scale floor based collage which visitors can also contribute to. Guests will also receive chocolate eggs throughout the day gifted by the Easter Bunny.
Along with delicious treats and creative workshops, there will be an exciting lineup of performances from local groups UpSideDown Dance Academy, Frogprince Baby Music and School Dance Talentos to celebrate the Easter festivities.
For those who want to indulge in some shopping or have a meal out, visitors can also enjoy an additional 10 - 15% off with selected traders at Castle Square and Ash Avenue whilst the Easter festivities are taking place.
