Public toilets in Southwark

Southwark is committed to improving accessibility for all our residents and visitors. We have begun an extensive project to improve access to public toilet facilities. The first phase of this has been to produce a comprehensive directory and map of all the facilities currently available, including opening times. The next phase is to review the current coverage and determine any shortfalls.

Southwark Council currently manages and maintains 33 public toilets across the borough.

We would like to identify hot spots where publicly accessible toilets would be beneficial to the public. We’re running a consultation from Wednesday 18 September to Tuesday 17 December 2019, and we want to hear your views. The public consultation is open to local residents, businesses, workers, community groups, and everyone else who has an interest in the area.
Let us know your views by completing the online questionnaire
