Register to vote by 18 June.
If you need to vote by post, you must apply to do this by 5pm on 19 June.
You need valid photo ID to vote in person. If you don’t have valid ID, apply by 5pm on 26 June for a Voter Authority Certificate.

Retirement pension

Widower's, surviving civil and nominated partner's benefits

The pension scheme regulations at present provide for the payment of a pension to a widower, surviving civil or nominated partner of half the rate of 1/160th of their partner's pensionable remuneration for each year and part year of their reckonable service occurring after 5th April 1988. If you have a partner that you wish to nominate to receive a pension after your death please contact us and a nomination form will be sent to you.
