Neighbourhood Grants

This fund is not for:

• CCTV
• works on private property, unless there is a long-term guarantee of public access or a clear public benefit
• for-profit business support
• loans or interest payments
• political groups or activities promoting political beliefs
• activities which have already happened or started before 1 April 2026
• organisation costs, including core salaries, ongoing rent, maintenance costs, registration fees, landline or mobile phones, vehicles

We will not fund internal works on housing properties, like security doors, entry systems or indoor communal area decorations. However, outside areas open to the general public are eligible for funding.
