This fund will support outdoor events which promote community cohesion and support thriving neighbourhoods.

Community engagement

Tell us how the event you are proposing connects and unites different communities.

Include your:

  • target audiences and what journey you want them to go on by experiencing your event
  • partners, their role in delivering your event, and how you intend to develop your relationships with them

  • how you plan to advertise, market and promote your event
  • how you will make the event accessible
  • how many people you expect to be at your event during the busiest period

  • progress you have made so far in planning your event
  • challenges or risks that your event plan will need to address

You won't need to pay venue hire fees. You'll need to pay an event application fee when you submit your event application. Please include this in your expenditure budget.
