Cllr Helen Dennis, Southwark’s Cabinet Member for New Homes and Sustainable Development, said “I’m really pleased to celebrate the progress we’ve made on this site and proud that we are one step closer to providing much-needed new council homes for Southwark residents. I look forward to seeing residents move into these fantastic new homes once completed.”

Micheál Conneally, Contracts Director at Glenman, said “We are delighted to have reached this stage of the project. We are very proud to be involved in this project to deliver 22 new homes, all sustainably designed and constructed. We look forward to our continued collaboration as we finish this development.”

Building works started at Lomond Grove in autumn 2022 and are expected to finish in winter 2024.
