Physical activity

We deliver health activities and initiatives in Southwark. Our aim is to encourage participation in some form of sport or physical activity and make it a natural part of everyday life.

Adults should be aiming to do at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity at least five days a week. The first step is to build more activity into your everyday routine from getting off the bus a stop early to going for a walk during your lunch break.
