Description

Delivered on a Friday evenings for those who are busy during the days... the programme comprises a 2-hour session per week with the objective of cultivating MINDFULNESS. Adopting a mindfulness practice trains the mind to effectively manage stress & other life challenges whilst empowering change towards the future you desire.
This programme will enable you to overcome barriers preventing you from meeting your life goals, enabling you to gain the support you need towards becoming your best self, all within an uplifting, inclusive and dynamic learning environment. Receiving clear and simple understanding of the theory and benefits of MINDFULNESS you will learn how to:

- Understand your own 'habits of mind' so you can make better, informed decisions towards the direction of positive change
- Take control of your mind so you can take control of your life
- Develop simple tools and techniques available to you long after the programme has ended to help effectively manage stress, depression, anxiety, anger, pain and other emotional, mental & physical health issues
- Increase confidence to plan towards and eventually achieve your life goals
- Enhance overall self-esteem, self-confidence and resilience
- Combat isolation, loneliness and other existential struggles
