Summary

We are proud to announce that we have been funded by The National Lottery Community Fund to organise - “Good Therapy” - a music therapy program supporting children's mental health and well being, aged 3-16 years old.

Description

Music therapy has been proven to have a positive impact on individuals mental health needs. It can improve communication, social skills, emotional well-being, cognitive abilities, and sensory integration. On our "Good Therapy” music therapy program, children will partake in various activities including: African drumming, singing, dancing, storytelling through music and much more. Sessions will be led by fully vetted practitioners.
