Individual cycling training
These two hour sessions are tailored to an individual's need from complete beginners to experienced cyclists.
Family and group training
These two hour group sessions provide the opportunity to gain the skills required to cycle safely on the roads. This type training is great fun! If you’re keen to meet other people in your neighbourhood, we can also arrange group training for individuals.
School children
Bikeability cycling training is available to all school children in the borough. Speak to your school or contact our Highways team to find out more.
Cycling with a disability
Cycling can be easier than walking for some people. Wheels for Wellbeing run regular inclusive cycling sessions in South London for disabled children and adults to try cycling on their fleet of two, three and four wheeled cycles.
Older people
We also have cycling sessions for older people who want to learn how to get started. You can join SilverFit for a beginner’s cycling lesson or try track cycling for the more advanced.
