Canada Water Library and Plaza serve as a community focal point in the Canada Water regeneration area.

Canada Water Library

Canada Water Library is a state-of-the-art facility Covering more than 2,600 square metres. It was designed by the renowned Pier Grough from CZWG architects, and built as part of the Canada Water regeneration scheme.

The library offers a wide range of services, including:

  • a collection of over 40,000 books 
  • a variety of activities for adults, children and the community 
  • a culture space that seats 150 people 
  • meeting and event spaces 
  • a café

Canada Water Plaza

Canada Water Plaza is an open and welcoming space located next to the library. The plaza serves as a versatile venue for various events such as performances and street markets. It's equipped with power, water and lighting. The plaza can be used alongside the Canada Water Library’s indoor culture space for your events.

Transport

The plaza is conveniently located next to the Canada Water transport hub with easy access via the Jubilee Line, London Overground and the bus station. This makes it straightforward for audiences to reach us from the City, West End, East End and Southeast London.
